Teaching Assistant

Salary Range : G04 : £17,471 - £18,540

This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.

Closing date for applications : Friday July 2nd

Start Date : September 2021.

 

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to support students in our ALN department.  They will work under the guidance of the ALN Coordinator to provide support to students in class, or in small groups, particularly focusing on literacy and numeracy skills, social communication and behavioural difficulties.   They will be fully involved in the life of the school, providing administrative support and covering for absent colleagues as well as supporting students outside the classroom.

This is a temporary post of 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, for one year.

Science Technician

Salary Range: GO4

This is a temporary post of 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, for one year.

Closing date for applications: Monday July 5th

Start Date: September 2021

 

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Technician to support the Science department. They will work under the guidance of the Head of Department to provide general support in science, including preparation and maintenance of resources and support to staff and pupils and to maintain science equipment and chemical stocks.In collaboration with the head of department.  They will also ensure Health and Safety requirements are observed in relation to use and storage of science equipment and chemicals.
