Ysgol Aberconwy student Oliver Jones-Barr has put himself forward to represent the Aberconwy constituency in the Welsh Youth Parliament elections. Passionate about key topics such as the Welsh Language, housing and the environment, he is keen to represent young people in the area and push the Government to do more to tackle food poverty.
Only one young person will be elected for each of the 40 constituencies in Wales and with 12 other candidates hoping to win the Aberconwy seat, competition is fierce. You can find out more about what drives Oliver by reading his candidate information or by watching the video below. Good luck Oliver!
