Shwmae Su’mae Day

Thank you to everyone that supported Shwmae Su’mae Day in school on 15th October. Over 600 achievement points were awarded to students throughout the day – a fantastic effort! A huge shout out to Leo Dexter Lowe, yr 7 for gaining the most ‘Siarad Cymraeg’ points and to Miss Bethan Hughes for awarding students with the most points.

Congratulations also to Ebony Campell, yr 8 whose artistic talents won her first place in the Shwmae Su’mae logo competition and to Seren Roberts, yr 9 for coming second with Emily Ince, yr 8 and Osian Dennis, yr 9 sharing third place with their fantastic designs.

Well done to all those that competed in the PobUrdd cooking competition this year. Everyone’s cookies looked and tasted lovely! Congratulations to Carter Tawhai, yr8 for coming first and to Solomiia Yushchenko, yr 7 for coming second. Both will now go on to the next round and will be cooking their favourite dessert – Good luck!
