School Gateway

Do you want to find out more about what your child has been up to at school?

Did you know you can now pay for your child’s lunch via the School Gateway App?

There are many benefits to signing up for a School Gateway account or registering to use the School Gateway App, these include:

• Being able to access your child’s information:
  • assessment information
  • their record of achievements
  • access to ‘behaviour points’
  • attendance information
  • their timetable
  • their lunch money balance

• Receiving School Communications:
  • electronic letters and important notices sent to you via email and/or text
  • receive school newsletters electronically

• Making payments:
  • for trips and activities
  • donating to fundraising efforts.
  • adding funds to your child lunch money account
  • Using the lunch payment facility on the app:
    • Once you’re logged into the app select the payment tab from the main menu list
    • You should then see a ‘School Meals’ tab alongside any trips/activities that need paying for
    • Choose the ‘School Meals’ tab and make a payment to your child’s lunch account
    • After approx. one hour check the ‘School Meals’ tab on the app once again and you should see how much your child has available to spend*

Don’t have the Schoolgateway app or having problems logging in?

Don’t worry! All you need to do is send an email with your name, mobile number and the full name of your child to: parentapp@aberconwy.conwy.sch.uk and we’ll create an account for you, so you can receive information direct to your phone and/or email. Account set up can take up to 24 hours before your account is live.

*Please note this service is only available during school hours.
