Special mention must be made of the outstanding achievements in Welsh GCSE. Gaynor Murphy, Assistant Headteacher, said “We are incredibly proud of all our students and staff. These results are a testament to the school’s commitment to celebrating our language and culture”
Headteacher Ian Gerrard congratulated all students and staff on their results. He said, “I’m delighted in the achievements of our students this year. This year group were just starting secondary school when ‘lockdowns’ began, and they have had to show a huge amount of resilience, perseverance and dedication since then to achieve these excellent results. I look forward to welcoming many of them back to our Sixth Form and wish those taking a wide range of alternative pathways every success.”
