Two New Murals

Ysgol Aberconwy has recently received two attractive new murals to adorn our corridors and inspire our students.

We now have an informative and decorative mural, depicting a timeline of notable events in Welsh History, that sits proudly in the Welsh Language corridor for students to look at and refer to during lessons.

We also have a beautiful mural in the corridor outside Yr Hwb (Sixth Form) that was influenced by the local landscape and represents what our sixth form offers students, a supportive environment that encourages them to grow and become independent as they choose various pathways and enter the big sea of life.

Huge thanks go to artists Lois Wynne Jones (Welsh mural) and Ffion Roberts-Drakley (Yr Hwb mural) for creating these works of art for us. We love them!
