Gold for Jacob
We would like to congratulate year 12 student, Jacob on his outstanding achievement in the Long jump.
Jacob competed in the Welsh National Athletic Championships, held in Newport in August and came first, winning gold with a jump of 6.31m! Jacob regularly travels to Wrexham for specialist training and is now ranked number one in Wales for the under 17s by the official power of ten, where all UK athletes are officially ranked.
Well done Jacob!
